  • Event RSVPs — name, email address, and phone number provided when RSVPing to events.
  • SMS opt-in — your phone number when you opt in to receive SMS notifications. Consent is explicit and required before any messages are sent.
  • Email communications — your email address may be used to send event-related notifications, announcements, and service communications. You can opt out of non-essential emails at any time.
  • Payment information — we use Stripe for payment processing. Your card details are stored securely by Stripe and are never retained on our servers. We store Stripe customer IDs, subscription status, and invoice records to manage your account.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To operate and provide the Moonlit Luxe platform
  • To send event-related communications you have opted into
  • To process payments and manage subscriptions
  • To respond to support inquiries
  • To improve the platform and understand how it is used

3. Analytics

We use analytics tools to understand how the site is used, including which pages are visited and general usage patterns. Analytics data does not include personally identifiable information.

4. SMS Communications

  • SMS messages are only sent to users who have explicitly opted in.
  • You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message.
  • Message and data rates may apply.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data with third-party service providers only as necessary to operate the platform — for example, Stripe for payments, Resend for email delivery, and Telnyx for SMS.

6. Beta Notice

Moonlit Luxe is currently in beta. While we make every reasonable effort to protect and retain your data, we cannot guarantee data retention during the beta period. By using the platform you acknowledge this limitation.
