1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Moonlit Luxe, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Service

Moonlit Luxe is an event management platform. The service is primarily intended for users in the United States. Users outside the US may access the platform, but we make no representation that it is appropriate or available in all locations, and we do not specifically target or serve users in other countries.

3. Free Tier

Moonlit Luxe offers a free tier with limited features. We reserve the right to modify, expand, or restrict free tier features at any time. Continued use of the platform after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

4. Organizer Responsibilities

Event organizers are solely responsible for all content associated with their events, including descriptions, images, activities, itineraries, and communications sent to attendees. You agree not to use Moonlit Luxe to host or promote events that are illegal, deceptive, harmful, or violate the rights of others.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on Moonlit Luxe — including the design, interface, branding, copy, and code — is owned by Moonlit Luxe and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, copy, scrape, or distribute any part of the platform without explicit written permission. Your event content remains your own; by posting it you grant Moonlit Luxe a limited license to display it as part of operating the service.

6. Beta Disclaimer

Moonlit Luxe is currently in beta. The platform is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uptime, uninterrupted service, or fitness for a particular purpose. While we make every reasonable effort to retain your data, we cannot promise data retention during the beta period. Use the platform with this in mind.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Moonlit Luxe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the effective date above. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
